A new version of Today, too, I experienced something I hope to understand in a few days has been commissioned for the Abandon Normal Devices festival in Manchester, UK. In advance of the festival, forty new portraits were recorded of people from Manchester, and these will be used in combination with Facebook status posts by people from Manchester, and Manchester-related YouTube videos.

The videos will also be broadcast on giant screens throughout Manchester City Center, thanks to the BBC Big Screen programme.

The festival runs from October 1st to 7th, 2010. For the duration of the Festival, one new video will be automatically generated each day.
